Versailles II is governed by an elected Board of Directors (BOD), that serve without compensation. After the election of the BOD, which takes place every year at our annual meeting, the five new directors vote among themselves to fill the offices of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Member-at-Large.

The Board is very busy with daily affairs, but the overall duties of the board consist of the following:

• Making sure the Association is in compliance with the ruling documents of the Association; The Declaration of Condominium Ownership, ByLaws, and the Rules and Regulations. Along with this is the duty to enforce those rules.

• Building Maintenance. To ensure the integrity of our buildings long into the future.

• Fiscal Responsibility. With an eye on the future, keeping up with condo fees to ensure adequate funding is in place.
